What we review
The code or configuration, the permissions it holds, where data flows, how exceptions are handled, what it actually does on an ordinary day, and what it costs to run. We talk to the people who were supposed to use it.
What you get
A written assessment in plain language. A clear recommendation: fix, finish or stop. If fix, a scope and a price for the work. If stop, what to keep from it.
What we do not do
Assign blame. Pitch a rebuild by default. Take on responsibility for something we have not read.
What it costs
Scoped after a short call, based on what was built and how much of it we can access.
Related: the AI opportunity audit and managed AI agents. See also how we handle your data.
Can you take over running it?
Only after the review. If the system is sound, it can move onto a managed AI agents plan.
Will you work with the original vendor?
Yes, if you want us to. The review is for you, not against them.
