Running it is part of the work
A connection expires. A policy changes. A new type of request starts appearing. These are ordinary operating events, and someone needs to notice them.
Managed service covers the agreed deployments, their checks and the process for handling failures. It does not turn an unbounded agent into a dependable system by itself.
What we monitor
- Failed runs, missing inputs and unusual usage.
- A reviewed sample of outputs and unresolved exceptions.
- Access changes, knowledge updates and integration health.
- The agreed business measure, alongside correction and supervision effort.

A retainer with limits you can read
Choose monthly coverage for one workflow, up to three workflows or up to six workflows. Each tier includes a defined monthly maintenance allowance and a monthly review. Model usage, hosting and other vendor bills are separate, with budgets agreed in advance.
We document coverage hours and escalation contacts in the service agreement. Round-the-clock response is not included in the standard packages.
Every exception makes the next run better
When your team corrects an output or an exception lands in the queue, that is information. We review it monthly, adjust the instructions, the knowledge or the boundary, and show you what changed. Small fixes fit within the allowance. A new workflow, a major integration or a real change of scope gets its own estimate.
If you decide to run it yourself, the handoff includes the configuration, documentation and access transfer covered by your agreement.

Can you manage something another vendor built?
We start with a paid technical review. We can only take responsibility after we understand the code, permissions, dependencies and recovery process.
Are AI model costs included?
No. Usage and hosting are billed separately so you can see them. We agree on budgets and alerts before launch.
