Information you share
When you use the intake conversation or contact form, we collect the details you provide about your company, work, software, budget, timing and how to contact you. A conversation also records the messages exchanged. Do not include customer records, passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
How the information is used
We use your request to assess whether our services fit, prepare for a conversation and respond. We do not sell your contact information or add you to a marketing list through the discovery request.
Processing and storage
The website is hosted by Vercel. Intake records are stored in a Postgres database run by Neon in the United States. When you finish a request, a copy is emailed to our team through Resend. When AI-assisted intake is enabled, the information you type may be processed by Anthropic to help conduct the conversation. These services have their own privacy terms.
Cookies and logs
Essential cookies keep the intake session together and support access to the private planning area. Request information is used to limit abuse. We have not added advertising pixels or marketing analytics to the site.
Retention and requests
We keep inquiry information while handling the request and assessing a possible engagement, and delete it once it is no longer needed for that purpose. You may ask us to correct or delete an inquiry through the contact page, using the same contact address associated with your request.
Other services
The site links to other websites. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies. Our service agreement will set out any additional data responsibilities for a paid engagement.
