When a build is too small
Choose this track when several systems and teams depend on each other, priorities need frequent clarification, or the implementation becomes part of your core operation.
The engineer works with your process owner. The founder stays involved in scope, priorities and the decisions that affect the business case.
What the engagement covers
- A named engineer and an agreed monthly capacity allocation.
- Integration and agent development against a prioritized backlog.
- Evaluation, deployment preparation and operational handoff.
- Regular reviews of completed work, constraints and the next stage gate.
- Documentation kept with the implementation, not saved for the end.
Set up the engagement properly
We start with a paid audit or technical scoping engagement. Your team provides a sponsor, a process owner and the access needed for the agreed work. The statement of work defines location, availability, deliverables and approval authority.
The standard engagement starts at $28,000 per month with a three-month minimum. Travel, specialist reviews, model usage and hosting are scoped separately. On-site work is agreed before commitment.
The work should become yours
We document decisions, pair with your team and define an exit or transfer plan. The point is a useful system your business can operate, with clear support responsibilities when the embedded engagement ends.

Can you work on-site?
Yes, where the engagement supports it. Atlanta is our base. Nationwide travel, expenses and on-site arrangements are quoted separately.
