Small business

AI consulting for small businesses that already run on software.

You have a CRM, an accounting system and an inbox, and people spend their day moving information between them. That is where AI earns its keep in a company your size. Here is how we work with businesses of 10 to 100 people.

What a first project looks like

An inquiry email arrives. Today someone reads it, creates the contact, checks the price list, drafts a quote and sets a reminder to follow up. After the first build, the record and the draft quote are waiting for them, the follow-up is scheduled, and the only thing they do by hand is say yes. That is one workflow, priced on its own, and the audit tells you whether it is the right one to start with.

What it costs at this size

Most small companies start with the Focus audit, one team and up to three workflows, at $2,500. A first build starts at $9,000, fixed scope and fixed price. Running it starts at $1,250 a month. Every number is on the pricing page. Nothing is billed before it is scoped in writing.

What we need from you

One person who owns the process, a few real examples, the list of tools involved and a rough count of how often the work happens. Redacted samples are enough for the first conversation. You do not need to know which AI tools to use.

What we will tell you honestly

Some processes should not be automated yet. Some should be fixed before anything is built. Some are better served by a feature you already pay for. The audit report says which, and it is yours to use whether or not you build with us.

Where we work

Based in Atlanta, in person around the metro by arrangement. Working with small businesses nationwide by video and screen share, which is how most of the work happens anyway.

Is a company with 12 people too small?

Not if a recurring process is eating real hours. The audit is sized to one team for exactly that reason.

Can you work with our existing bookkeeper, IT person or agency?

Yes. We build inside your accounts and document the handoff so they can support it.

What if we have already tried an AI tool?

Tell us what happened. A failed pilot is useful evidence, and a second opinion is sometimes the right first step.

Start with one process.

Tell us which one costs the most hours. We will say whether an audit makes sense.
